CRON-O-Meter is dieting freeware which enables users to track vitamin, mineral, and protein intake as well as exercise. It includes nutritional information on over 7,000 foods using the latest USDA sr19 as data sources, an editor for entering in foods not found in the database, the ability to set personal targets for nutrients such as protein or calcium, and the ability to track weight, blood pressure, and temperature.

It sounds like a pretty useful tool. If you end up using it, or if you know of other useful nutrition tools, let us know about it in the comments.
